This post is basically your go-to for everything about the club. I'll keep it updated so you don't have to go hunting for info.

So what is this, exactly?

Round Rock Craft & Chat is a free craft group for adults in the Round Rock, Georgetown, and greater Austin area. That's it. No gimmicks, no membership fees, no products you have to buy. Just people getting together to make stuff and hang out.

I started this club because I got tired of looking for my people and only finding a sales pitch. So I built the thing I was looking for. Come make stuff with us.

No RSVP, no sign-up, no commitment. Just show up when you can.

☕ Barking Armadillo graciously hosts our group — please support them by purchasing at least one item (drink, snack, etc.) during your visit. It's what keeps their doors open to us and our club always free!

The Rules (there's really only a few). 

We're pretty laid back but we do have a couple things we stick to:

No selling. Don't come to meetups to sell products or promote your business. This is a hangout, not a marketplace.

All skill levels welcome.  Never crafted a day in your life? Great. Been doing this for decades? Also great. We don't care where you're at — just that you showed up.

No RSVP needed.  Come when you can, leave when you gotta. There's zero pressure.

It's free. For real.

I personally fund this club, so nobody ever has to worry about the cost of showing up. If you ever want to help keep things going, you can throw a few bucks our way on Venmo at @RRCraftChat — but honestly, just showing up is enough.
